Saxophonist Tyler Riccardi was born and raised in York, PA. He began playing the saxophone at the age of 10, and with the help of his teachers, Curt Sipe and Steve Fieldhouse, developed a joy for the instrument, love for practicing, and appreciation for jazz.

In 2007, Tyler moved to Boston, MA to study Jazz Performance at Berklee College of Music. There he was able to study under the tutelage of legends George Garzone, Shannon LeClaire, Hal Crook and Dino Govoni.

Upon finishing at Berklee in 2011, Tyler has remained in the Boston area and keeps a busy performing schedule as a freelance saxophonist and as an active member of Spiritual Rez and ABADABAD. He has previously performed with Badfish, Endangered Speeches, Salvador Jolly, Sleepy Wonder, and PK & the Mighty 7 as well as many reggae, jazz, and rock acts in the northeast.

Tyler also appears on various music releases spanning a multitude of genres, including ABADABAD - Touch the Feel (2017), Stelle Amor - Stelle Amor (2017), Salvador Jolly - Jolly llama LP (2016), The Youngest - See It Through (2016), and more.

Tyler also teaches in-home and online private saxophone lessons for any age or level.
